Our Construction Law Group provides services to a broad base of clients involved in the acquisition, development and improvement of land, including developers, mortgagees, condominium corporations, contractors and material suppliers and the issues that arise.
We have acted as litigation counsel in numerous and complex cases including contractors' disputes, development issues, rezoning, construction liens, construction mortgage litigation and other contentious matters arising out of construction and/or development of property. In so doing, we have represented our clients at all court levels through and including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
In addition, we assist our clients with expertise in regard to and drafting various forms of construction related and development related agreements.
Construction Law crosses a number of legal disciplines including construction financing, property development, real estate, P3 relationships, as well as "bricks and mortar" suppliers for construction projects in the public and private sectors. Fogler, Rubinoff LLP's clients cover the entire construction spectrum from property developers, construction lenders, general contractors, and the supply chain of subcontractors and manufacturers for the construction industry.
