Fogler, Rubinoff LLP was proud to be the Welcome Reception Sponsor for The International Bar Association's Biennial Conference of the SEERIL:  Challenges for Resources in a Changing World held in Toronto, Ontario from April 25-28, 2010.  Tom Brett served as Chair of the Host City Steering Committee for the biennial meeting of the Energy, Environment, Resources and Infrastructure Committee.  Tom co-chaired a panel of experts on what investors are looking for when investing in renewable energy and clean technology.  Charles Birchall, also a member of the Host Committee, chaired a panel of distinguished experts on key issues affecting the Arctic regions.  The conference attracted 150 delegates from 30 countries and was considered a great success.  The Steering Committee created a significant amount of the content of the conference and raised much of the money for it from Canadian sponsors including Foglers.
